Juno/Mercury – Not a powerful Synastry connection since the asteroid of commitment is entangled with Mercury. Harmony and balance with this placement can be achieved (weird, for a moon placement, huh?) This can make the relationship flow seamlessly and any disagreements can be smoothed over since Juno will cater to the Moon. Juno understands the Moon on a psychic level. Juno feels a mood boost from the Sun and a trusting affectionate love emerges betwixt them. This is a dynamic aspect and serves to lift one another’s spirits. ![]() Juno/Sun – Juno sees the Sun as someone who will understand them and has the same goals. The following shows Juno in positive aspects (generally trines and sextiles, on rare occasions the conjunction) Those harsh aspects or no aspects can make or break the relationship just like a planet falling into a House can have someone run away or feel suffocated. The entire chart matters and you can’t just cherry pick an asteroid or your favorite planet. Having Juno trine or conjunct your partner’s Juno will be sweet, but it does not mean this will be lasting. I’ve been analyzing synastry charts for almost two years now and there are other stabilizing and powerful forces that matter. Personally, I respect Juno but I do not put too much weight on the asteroid but it truly does feel the cherry on top when all other aspects are in sync. Many astrologers put Juno on a pedestal in Synastry because how your Juno is aspected by your partner will influence the relationship. ![]() It allows us to define what we want in a partner and how they can help us grow. Juno is the effort we are willing to put into a relationship, what pushes us and what keeps us steady on that ship. Venus is how we are when we are courting or being courted. ![]() You can be committed without taking the next steps. Juno represents how we are in committed relationships, not necessarily marriage but just commitment in general. Juno in Synastry has been another point of fascination for me since I’m diving into the Synastry realm.
